What do you use to build websites?
Typically, we use Laravel, Tailwind, Livewire, and AlpineJS. However, we can use JS frameworks, Rails, and other languages if we must.
What does the turnaround time for a new site look like?
Realistically, it depends. Basic sites, with very little content can take as little as month. However, we've seen Software As A Services take as much as a year and a half.
Why do you host you host on your own servers?
We do this because we know that most businesses don't have the time or the resources to manage their own servers. We take care of everything from the server setup to the security updates.
What if I want to host the site myself?
If you want to host the site yourself, we can provide you with the codebase and help you set it up on your own server. However, we only are able to provide the initial server setup, if it's possible. If you need maintenance of your site and servers after however, we charge an admin fee for non-ECS hosted sites, per server.
How do you ensure that my site is secure?
For one, we use the latest security practices and tools to ensure that your site is secure. We also provide regular security updates and maintenance to ensure that your site is always up-to-date and secure.
How does the payment process work?
Payments are made directly through our own in-house client portal. There, you'll be able to manage invoices, contracts, and more. We accept all major credit cards, Cash App, and some cryptocurrencies.
